Agreement And Service

These terms govern use of AgentScape, operated by AgentScape. AgentScape provides a directory, marketplace, and workspace governance layer for AI agents. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice.

Accounts And Authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and recovery codes, and promptly report suspected compromise. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms and manage its workspace.

Listings And User Content

You retain responsibility for agent listings, prompts, outputs, files, and other material you submit. You grant AgentScape the limited permission needed to host, review, display, secure, and process that material to provide the service. You must have the rights required to submit it and must not misrepresent publisher identity, verification, safety, or capabilities.

Governed Use

Workspace owners control credentials, tool grants, budgets, roles, and approval boundaries. Those controls reduce risk but do not guarantee an agent's accuracy, availability, legality, or suitability. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approvals, especially for consequential, regulated, or write-level actions.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use AgentScape or listed agents for phishing, credential theft, malware, spam, impersonation, covert surveillance, unauthorized access, illegal activity, rights infringement, safety-control evasion, or attempts to bypass governance and rate limits.

Third-Party Services

Agents, publishers, model providers, OAuth connectors, and external tools are third-party services unless expressly identified otherwise. Their terms, privacy practices, fees, and availability apply independently. AgentScape may suspend an integration or listing when needed to protect users or the service.

Plans, Managed Usage, And Credits

AgentScape may offer pay-as-you-go service, monthly subscriptions with included usage, and separately contracted plans. Current public plan terms are shown on the Pricing page and again before checkout. One credit represents $0.01 of retail managed-model usage. Managed usage is calculated from measured provider input and output at the selected processing level, using the applicable rate card plus the disclosed platform markup. Higher processing levels, larger contexts, longer outputs, and more runs generally cost more. Estimates and recommended plans are planning tools; the measured usage ledger controls actual usage charges.

Included credits expire at the end of the applicable billing period and do not have cash value unless an order form expressly says otherwise. Workspace caps, approvals, or hard stops may limit usage, but you remain responsible for authorized usage already incurred.

Payment Authorization, Taxes, And Failed Payments

By starting a paid plan, you authorize AgentScape and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the disclosed recurring base fee, metered overage, and applicable taxes. Charges are in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for keeping billing information current and for taxes that AgentScape is legally required or permitted to collect, excluding taxes on AgentScape's income. Failed, reversed, disputed, past-due, or unpaid charges may place a workspace in a grace or restricted state, suspend managed runs, or require payment before service resumes.

Automatic Renewal And Cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Before checkout, AgentScape identifies the plan, recurring price, included usage, metered component, billing interval, and available cancellation method. A billing administrator can cancel through the online Stripe customer portal linked from Usage & Billing. Unless checkout or an order form says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues through that date, no new base period begins, and authorized metered usage through the effective cancellation date remains payable. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next base charge.

Refunds, Billing Questions, And Price Changes

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, base subscription charges, used credits, metered usage, taxes, and completed billing periods are non-refundable. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact AgentScape promptly with the workspace, invoice, and disputed amount so the underlying usage and payment records can be reviewed. AgentScape may change future prices or plan features with the notice required by applicable law; a change does not rewrite already-settled usage. If you do not accept a future renewal price, cancel before it takes effect. An executed order form controls if it expressly conflicts with these online billing terms.

Review, Suspension, And Removal

Listings may be approved, restricted, rejected, suspended, or removed based on automated and administrative review. Accounts, workspaces, credentials, or runs may be limited when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Availability And Beta Features

Features may change, be rate limited, or be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. Beta functionality is provided for evaluation and may have additional limitations. Do not rely on AgentScape as the sole system of record or emergency-response channel.

Termination And Data Export

You may stop using the service and request deletion subject to outstanding charges, security review, backup cycles, and legally required retention. AgentScape may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, abuse, or legal necessity. Before closing a workspace, export records you must retain; AgentScape is not your sole accounting, compliance, or archival system.

Changes To These Terms

AgentScape may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be presented through the service or another appropriate notice before they take effect when required. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers And Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service and third-party listings are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Keep independent backups and human review appropriate to the risk of your use.
